1.Access to Mentoring Once payment is confirmed, the user will receive an email with the necessary information to access the digital platform and the content corresponding to the purchased mentoring.

• Cancellations are not accepted once the purchase has been made.

3.Refund Policy Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases and under the following criteria:

• The access issue is solely attributable to a verifiable technical failure by The Flipping Team.

Refunds will not be processed if:

4.Exceptions to Refunds and Exchanges
• No refunds or exchanges are made for mentorships purchased under special promotions or with immediate access to pre-recorded content.
• Bonuses, additional materials, or personalized consultations offered as part of the mentorship are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money under any circumstances.

These communications are an integral part of the support and delivery process of the contracted service, and the user acknowledges that receiving them is necessary for the proper execution of the program.
